Okay, it's just the remains of the braces for some kind of aqueduct-thing, but it's ended up looking like a kind of cool sculpture cutting across a section of Will Hair park. The name of the park there is not a typo, that's really the name of the park - which is a pretty nice one with baseball fields, a good-sized playground, a disc-golf course and plenty of open space.
